Energy Medicine is the living expression of founder Maria’s ancestral healing heritage, spiritual apprenticeship and lifelong journey through sacred healing traditions. Each modality represents a defining chapter of her personal experience, weaving together wisdom passed through generations and teachings received along her path.

Born into a lineage of shamanic healers, Maria’s earliest connection to energy medicine came through her grandmother, whose teachings established the foundations of her spiritual understanding.

During her travels through Sri Lanka, Maria met her teacher, a Buddhist monk and energy healer, who revealed that he was there to complete her grandmother’s teachings in energy medicine. This profound encounter became a defining moment in her spiritual journey.

In Puri, India, Maria also apprenticed under an Indian yogi, studying the fundamental principles of Yogic Healing.

Maria subsequently studied traditional Japanese Reiki within the lineage of Mikao Usui, enriching her understanding of vital life energy and energetic harmony.

Guided by her ancestral heritage, Maria embarked upon her shamanic training, honouring her own lineage and the wisdom carried through generations of shamanic healers.

Today, Energy Medicine embodies the blueprint of Maria’s lived experience—an integration of ancestral wisdom, Buddhist teachings, Yogic Healing, Japanese Reiki and Shamanic Healing.
