Trauma Release 1 — Core Fascia Release (2 Hours)

Client Profile

Men who are outwardly coping but internally overloaded. Their body and nervous system are still responsive to strong work, yet not ready for the deepest somatic unravelling.

This may include men who:

• Feel mentally overextended, emotionally fatigued, or psychologically pressured

• Experience anxiety, low mood, emotional suppression, or early signs of depression

• Carry tension through jaw, chest, shoulders, diaphragm, or breath-holding patterns

• Live on low reserves, brain fog, irritability, or poor sleep due to stress

• Have a history of surgical or medical trauma that is stable but still held physically

• Are navigating mental health strain such as stress, anxiety, panic responses, or emotional burnout

• Want to feel more present in their body but feel disconnected, heavy, or tense

• Are managing mild to moderate mental health challenges alongside physical exhaustion

This level supports nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and a mental ‘exhale’ through physical release.

When fascia begins to release, the brain follows — easing internal pressure and supporting emotional regulation.
